The Lion Men: Ultimate Showdown picks up after Mikey’s and Babyface’s superb performance in the first round of the competition. Shi Shen becomes jealous of Mikey, when he discovers Mikey’s feelings for Xiaoyu. More determined to succeed, Shi Shen spends every waking hour in training and neglects Xiaoyu. As the finals approach, Xiaoyu begs Shi Shen to withdraw from the competition when he nearly gets injured in a sabotage attempt.

The situation worsens, when Xiaoyu is kidnapped during the finals. Shi Shen and Mikey are both torn between the competition, and their love for Xiaoyu. Who will save her?
